  • 1/2 Red beans soaked over night in water
  • 1/4 pounds fresh green beans
  • 1/4 pounds fresh yellow wax beans
  • 5 tablespoons virgin oil
  • 1/4 red spanish onion chopped
  • 5 rounds of cracked black pepper
  • 1 tablespoons sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

    Cooking Instructions 3 Bean Salad Recipe

    Soak 1/2 Red beans over night in water. In a small stock pot add 5 cups of water and cook the Red beans until tender (about 1 hour) with no salt. Remove and train the water from the beans and set aside to cool. In the same stock bot cook the 1/4 pounds fresh green beans, and the 1/4 pounds fresh yellow wax beans for 3 min. until they are blanched. Place the beans in a ice bath to stop the cooking a cool the beans. Mix the cool red beans and the yellow, and green beans in a bowl. Dress the 3 Bean Salad with 1/4 red spanish onion chopped, 5 tablespoons virgin oil, 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, and 1 tablespoons sea salt. Mix all the salad ingredients and place in your refrigerator for two hours, and you are ready to serve.
