- 1 fresh chopped Mango
- 1 chopped Jalapeno pepper
- 1 Hass ripe Avocado chopped
- 1/2 Spanish Onion chopped fine
- 1 juice of lime
- 1 ripe red tomato chopped
- 1 pakage of fat free flour tortillas
- blackening spices for the fish
- 3 tablesppons cooking oil

The first step is to make the fresh Mexican Avocado and Mango salsa by mixing: 1 fresh chopped Mango, 1 chopped Jalapeno pepper, 1 Hass ripe Avocado chopped, 1/2 Spanish Onion chopped fine, 1 ripe red tomato chopped, and the juice of a fresh lime. After you have mixed the ingredients for you Mexican salsa recipe place in your refrigerator to cool. In a cast iorn mpan heat the 3 tablesppons cooking oil on high heat. Blacken one side of your Chilean Sea Bass with your spice mix. place the Chilean Sea Bass blackened side down and cook for 4 min., flip the fish and cook on the other side. Remove the Blackened Fishon paper towels to drain the cooking oil.
