The Bald Chef Glen Izett traveled from Hong Kong up to new territories into Mainland China in the early 1990's. At the entry point from Luohu into Red China at Shenzhen and then up to Canton or Guangzhou a major Chinese seaport located on the Pearl River. I ate at some of the finest restaurants China has to offer. The food in Guangzhou is the best Cantonese food in China. I ate some of the freshest seafood, chicken, and even a stir fried Cobra in one of the restaurants in Guangzhou China.
