- 1 pound of fresh Asparagus
- 1/8 cup extra virgin oilive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh garlic
- 4 tablespoons of good Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 5 rounds of fresh black cracked pepper.
Cooking Instructions For A Cold Asparagus Salad
In a stock pot add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add the cut Asparagus and cook until the Asparagus it is al dente. Remove the Asparagus and place in a ice bath of ice and water to cool the Asparagus. Add the dressing made of 1/8 cup extra virgin oilive oil,2 tablespoons fresh garlic, tablespoons of good Balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon sea salt, and 5 rounds of fresh black cracked pepper.
